Booking Policies
Hey Darling, thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with me.
Please ensure you've read all the policies before booking an appointment as I cannot be responsible for misunderstandings caused by not reviewing them.
I am currently based in Derby, England DE23.
A non-refundable £15 deposit is required to secure a booking. Full bank transfers incur a £5 fee (unless agreed upon beforehand). Bring the right amount of cash since I may not have change.
There is a 10 minute grace period for lateness.
Please inform me if you are running late.
After 10minutes, you will be required to pay an additional fee of £10.
If you are 15 minutes late, you will be charged £15.
20+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and regarded as a no show.
Cancellations must be carried out at a strict 72 hours in advance of your appointment.
Failure to comply will result in the payment of 50% of total amount.
No shows will be blacklisted.
All lash sets are subject to the condition and health of the client’s natural lashes. For the best and safest results, a thorough consultation is included with every appointment to assess your eye shape, facial features, and lash health. This ensures your lash set is tailored specifically to enhance your natural beauty while maintaining lash integrity.
Emergency appointments are chargeable at an additional £15.
There is an out of hours fee of £15 (before 10am from 6pm).

No energy drinks/caffeine before your appointment.
Arrive at the EXACT time of your appointment, not 10/15+ minutes before.
Lashes must have at least 50% left to be valid for an infill.
Anything less will be charged as a full set.
I do not offer foreign infills.
Lashes must be cleansed of all eye makeup, mascara, glue, concealer or dirt. Failure to do this results in a £5 fee.
Phone usage must be kept to a minimum during appointments.
Please do not wear eye contacts to your lash appointment.
There are no plus one's allowed.
For your safety, it is strongly recommended to book a patch test prior to your first lash appointment to check for any allergic reactions. Clients who choose to proceed without a patch test do so at their own risk. I, Nubisminks will not be held liable for any adverse reactions, complications or refunds resulting from a lack of patch testing or failure to disclose allergies or sensitivities.
For the safety and security of my clients and the service provider, Nubisminks operates CCTV surveillance on the premises. The footage is recorded and stored securely and is used strictly for security and crime prevention purposes.
Footage may be shared with law enforcement authorities if required by law.
CCTV footage is retained for a limited time, after which it is securely deleted unless required for investigation purposes. By entering our premises, you acknowledge and consent to the use of CCTV surveillance.
Disrespect, passive-aggressive behaviour and unreasonable demands are absolutely not tolerated here.
I reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is disrespectful, disregards policies or makes me uncomfortable.
By agreeing to content creation during appointment, you give full permission for videos and photos to be taken and used for promotional purposes.
Once approved, no removal requests will be accepted after processing posting.

A simple allergy check performed 72 hours before your first lash appointment. It helps ensure you won’t have any adverse reactions to the products used during your lash treatment. Booking a patch test is recommended for your safety and comfort.
